Throwing their babies away

Last night in our local tv news channel, there was a shocking news on a baby boy body was discovered near to a train station. The man who works at the train station was patrolling near the train station as he saw a suspicious marks of a newly dig soil. So, he ask a nearby volunteer people and they dig the hole.
During the digging, the hole is getting suspicious as they found a blood trails and when they finish the digging, there's a baby inside buried. According to the forensic report, the boy was dead less than 24hours.
Anyway, in our country the frequency of the news involving the authorities found a baby body is quite frequent. Last time, there was a news on a baby was found dead at the dumpster, then there was a news on a baby was burnt to death, a news on a baby was chopped down inside a freakin' jar and so on.
The news is gruesome.I mean, if they don't want kids, why don't they wear protection? The more easier way, check the days of their period cycle.
This case usually happens amongst teen.There's even an organization that protects the women who get pregnant before marriage. The organization protects and supervise their mental health up until certain point. What happens next is totally up to them and their family. Btw, you would be shocked with the number of certain religion inside there.
Anyway, the government was thinking of teaching sexual education in school. The thought was approved and supported by a number of people..but well, as usual, there would always a number of opposition.
I wonder what would they do next to prevent this??
