Nasi lemak

It's one of my favorite.
The rice is cook with coconut milk to enhance its taste. Usually served with "sambal", egg, fried anchovies, fried peanuts and cucumber slices. There are variety of side dished can be added to the nasi lemak.

Sambal is the red thing in the picture. I don't know how to describe it XD but it has salty and rich taste. Depending on the cooker style, the sambal can go to super hot to average.
